One Stop Beef Medallions
INGREDIENTS
1 Whole beef tenderloin – remove silver skin and slice into 2? think medallions
3 – 4 Tbs WALKERSWOOD ONE STOP SAVOURY SAUCE
2 Tsp – ground cumin
1 Tsp – ground black
2 Tsp – sea salt
1 Tbs – olive oil
