This product is specially made from the world renowned Jamaican Ginger. Freshly harvested ginger root from our Jamaican farms are crushed to extract the concentrated juice. This juice is then spray-dried in our factory to produce instant ginger powder with the characteristic ginger taste and aroma for which our Jamaican Ginger is known.
