Handmade Chocolate Powder ( Cocoa)

Jamaican traditional chocolate powder also called cocoa powder is made from dried cocoa beans. The beans are roasted and the outer  shell removed. The roasted beans are placed in a mortar with cinnamon and grated nutmeg. Using a pestle, these ingredients are pounded in the mortar. Our supplier still uses this method today to make you delicious cocoa powder.
