Damaged Product – We are aware that our items are being sent from Jamaica and from time to time may arrived damaged from the long journey or customs. Should you receive a product that is damaged, we will be more than happy to replace the product or offer a store credit. you must provide picture of the damaged product and notify us within a week of receiving the product.
Wrong Product – That rare occasion we send you an incorrect product. Not to worry, we will ship y0u the correct product immediately. Let us know within 15 days of receipt and attached photos of the product received.
Product return – We will accept returns on any unopened product as long as it is received within 30 days. Buyer will have to pay shipping cost for return and a handling fee of 1.5%.
Allergic Reaction– If for any reason you are not sure about a product , please contact us and ask for the ingredients as we cannot guarantee your money back should you develop an allergic reaction to any of our products. As a general rule, we recommend that you start with small amount when consuming /using products or herbs for the first time.
