This is a Jamaican specialty made from a blend of smoked herring, hot peppers and seasonings. This fish paste is traditionally eaten on crackers as an appetizer and it’s smokey fish flavor adds depth to seafood or pasta and an amazing secret ingredient in party dips.

SOLOMON GUNDY & CREAM CHEESE DIP
4 TBS – Plain Cream Cheese
1 TBS – WALKERSWOOD SOLOMON GUNDY
Juice of ½ a lime
Fresh Parsley (garnish)
In a non-reactive bowl combine all the ingredient, except the parsley and blend. Tear Parsley leaves as garnish across the top of your dip bowl.
